Our team completes asphalt projects from April to November every year for homes and businesses in Northern Pennsylvania. We can work on driveways for residential buildings or parking lots and private roads for commercial properties. Our services for asphalt include:

New Paving

Whether you need a driveway, parking lot, or a new road, our team can pave new asphalt surfaces for your needs. We’ll take care of everything, from preparing the site to the finished product.

Resurfacing

For older roads and driveways, it’s better to resurface your asphalt instead of completing a full replacement. Our team will resurface your driveway, road, or parking lot by adding a new 1.5-2 inches thick layer of asphalt on top of the prepared existing asphalt to extend it’s life.

Patching

Our team can restore damaged pavement by patching it. It involves removing all the asphalt in a damaged area and putting in fresh new asphalt to protect your surface from water damage and increase it’s longevity.

Repairs

Overtime, your asphalt pavement can form cracks and potholes. These can start forming after a few years. When this happens, our team can fill in the cracks with sealant or filler and repair potholes with a patch.

Our asphalt services have a lifespan of around 15-20 years with proper installation and maintenance. For these services we offer a 5-year warranty that covers hairline cracks and standard workmanship concerns.
